My Transformative Therapy Process Explained

Your journey begins with a free consultation. This is an opportunity for us to discuss the challenges you’re facing and determine how my therapies can best support you.

Following our consultation, I’ll send you an intake form. Completing this form helps me understand your background and tailor the session to your situation.

Sessions typically last between 2-2.5 hours, providing ample time to dive deep into the issues at hand, allowing us to thoroughly explore and address the root causes.

After our session, I’ll send a personalised recording to reinforce the new beliefs and positive patterns we’ve established. Listening to this will deepen and solidify these changes, acting as a key tool for your ongoing healing.

The healing process continues beyond our session. For the next three weeks, we’ll have regular check-ins by phone or Zoom to track your progress and adjust as needed. You can also contact me anytime via email or WhatsApp for support or to discuss concerns.
