Does dry January work for you?

Christmas is a time for celebration and family but did you become exhausted because you were waking up at 4 am and then couldn’t get back to sleep? Alcohol impacts the amount of deep sleep we get and also REM sleep is impacted.

Do you find yourself making statements such as I will never drink again or Why do I get that drunk or the classic? I don’t take drugs, I don’t smoke so I cant stop drinking. But then it creeps up and you are drinking 2, 3, 4 glasses each night.
